Our client, a leader in the lubricants and grease industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead their sales efforts in the Africa, MENA, and CIS regions. This position is based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Lubricants Sales Team to drive profitability and growth across assigned markets.
Promote and sell Scope Lubricants' high-quality products, expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals to open up new markets for Scope Lubricants.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional service and promptly addressing any issues.
Prepare monthly sales reports and present insights and performance updates to management.
Collaborate with the technical team to improve existing products and develop new offerings that meet customer needs.
Manage and forecast sales goals on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Train, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring results.
Foster strong relationships with agents, distributors, and customers, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.
Ensure timely collections of outstanding debts and maintain effective credit control procedures.
Represent the company at industry seminars and exhibitions, following up on business opportunities.
Ensure product quality meets customer specifications by coordinating with the production team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Lubricants Sales operations, with a focus on exporting to Africa, MENA, or CIS regions.
In-depth knowledge of the lubricants and grease manufacturing industry, with experience in developing strategic sales plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Western languages are a plus).
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer relationships with a high degree of professionalism.
